P507萃取色谱对硫酸盐体系的钴、镍分离研究

【摘要】 本文对革取色谱法分离硫酸体系中的钴、镍进行了研究。用含P507萃取剂的革淋树脂,经过MgSO4转型后,使Co2+的萃取能力提高而达到了与Ni2+的完全分离。动态研究结果表明,在pH=5.2—5.6的条件下,Co2+全部上柱而Ni2+只部分上柱,用pH≥2.20的H2SO4即可将Ni2+淋下而使Co2+、Ni2+分开。该萃淋树脂对微量钴的富集、对含钴样品中镍的分离及测定均达到很好的效果。Ni收率在100%—100.5%之间。

【Abstract】 In this paper, separation of Co2+ and Ni2+ in sulphate medium at pH = 5. 2 - 5. 6 with the P507 Levextrel resin is reported. When the resin is transformed from the H+-form to the Mg2+-form by MgSO4, the Co2+ and Ni2+ can be separated effectively.The effects of eluant acidity , the total content of feeding, and the ratio of Ni : Co in the feeding were investigated. The results indicate that this resin can concentrate the Co2+ from a 1. 22×10-4mol/L dilute cobaltous solution and was successful in determination of the Ni content of Ni in a sample containing Co. The recovery of Ni is 100%-100.5%.
