【摘要】 本文用GDX、上试400系列吸附树脂对水中9种痕量有机农药的富集进行了研究。探讨了树脂的种类和极性、农药结构、洗脱剂的种类、水样的酸度、离子强度及体积对回收率的影响,并与XAD—2、SEP—PAK C₁₈、Silica等吸附剂作对比。结果表明,以GDX—102、502;上试402和SEP—PAK C₁₈为吸附剂,以甲酸、乙腈为淋洗剂,对农药的富集获得满意的结果,富集倍数达200。本文还测定了若干树脂对农药的吸附容量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enrichment of nine trace organic pesticides in water with a minicolumn of GDX and Shanghai reagent-400 adsorption resins etc. was investigated. The effects of polarity and type of resins, structure of pesticides, type of eluents and acidity , ionic strength and volum of water on the percentage of recovery were described. The efficiency of these resins were compared with the sorbent of XAD-2,SEP-PAK C18,Silica . The results show that when GDX-102, GDX-502,402 and SEP-PAK C18were used as adsorbents, methanol and acetonitrile should be used as eluents,the enrichment of trace organic pesticides was satisfactory. In addition, the sorption capacity of some resins was determined by the kinetic method.更多还原
