微合金化低铬稀土白口铸铁的强韧性处理
THE STRENGTHENING AND TOUGHENING TREATMENT OF A TRACE-ALLOYED LOW Cr-Re WHITE CAST IRON
【摘要】 通过控制淬火温度和保温时间,改变共晶碳化物的形态和分布,使低铬白口铸铁的硬度和冲击韧性值得到明显提高.采用这种热处理工艺的低铬白口铸铁锤头,经工业性装机运转试验表明,其使用寿命是普通白口铸铁锤头的5倍.
【Abstract】 The hardness and impact toughness value of a low Cr white cast iron are substantially increased by controlling the quenching temperature and the heaping time to change the pattern and distribution of eutectic carbide. According to industrial testing, the wear-life of the low Cr white cast iron crasher hammers treated by this process is 5 times that of the common white cast iron hammers.
