钛钢爆炸复合板界面断裂韧度的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON INTERFACE FRACTURE TOUGHNESS IN EXPLOSIVE WELDING PLATE OF Ti STEEL
【摘要】 改进了Barker为脆性金属KIC估算而建立的短圆棒山型槽口劈裂法,并成功地将其应用于复合双金属板的KIC测试.结果表明,爆炸复合钛钢双金属板沿界面断裂韧度在4~14MPam1/2之间.事实证明KIC测量是可靠的;P-δ曲线和断口金相观察表明试样为非弹塑性断裂,计算证明界面裂纹前沿塑性区是足够小的,实验数据分散度是较小的.本文还讨论了爆炸工艺参数、界面显微组织结构和沿界面断裂韧度之间的关系.
【Abstract】 The short rod specimen with a "V" slot, which was first introduced by prof. Barker for brittle metals, is modified and performed successfully in measuring KIC of explosive bounding plate. The tested interface fracture toughness of Ti steel explosive welding plate varies from 4 to 14 MPam1/2according to the explosive parameters. The validity of the measured KIC was proved by the experimental result; such as P-δ curves,fractographic examination, calculation of the size of plastic deformation zone ahead of interface cracks and the statistical analysis of the experimental data. The relationship between parameters of explosive technology, boundary microstructure and fracture toughness of interface was also investigated.
