化合物CeCl2对45钢气体软氮化组织、性能的影响及机理研究
EFFECT OF THE COMPOUND CeCl2 ON THE NITRO-CARBURIZING MICROSTRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF THE 45 STEEL AND US MECHANISM STUDY
【摘要】 研究了CeCl2对45钢气体软氮化动力学过程、金相组织及性能的影响.与常规软氮化相比,其可使渗层组织与性能得到明显改善.CeCl2不仅起到催化活化渗入介质的作用,同时在改善钢的性能方面还起到微合金化的作用.
【Abstract】 The effect of compound CeCl2 on the nitrocarburizing kinetics process、microstructures and properties of steel 45 was studied. Comparing with the normal nitrocarburizing processes, the nitrocarburizing processes with CeCl2 addition improve microstructures and properties remarkably. CeCl2 may be regarded as not only a catalyst in diffusing medium for thermochemical processes but also a micro-alloying elemert.
