快速凝固Al-11.09%Si合金粉末显微组织特征的研究
THE MICROSTRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS OF RAPID SOLIDIFICATION A1-11.09% Si ALLOY POWDERS
【摘要】 用离心雾化法制取了 Al-11.09%Si 合金粉末。用扫描电镜、透射电镜和 X 射线衍射仪研究了快速凝固 Al-11.09%Si 合金粉末的显微组织特征。结果表明:快速凝固 Al-11.09%Si 合金粉末的显微组织为α固溶体+细小的共晶体,共晶体的量随冷却速率的增加而减少,共晶 Si 的形态有三种:菊花状、条状、粒状。粉末粒度减小,冷却速率增加,α固溶体中的 Si 含量增加,点阵常数减小。当粉末粒度为50μm,冷速在10~5K/s 以上时,Si 在α固溶体中的含量可达10.50%(wt)
【Abstract】 Rapid solidification Al-11.09%Si alloy powders were made by centrifugal atomization.The microstructure characteristics of rapid solidification Al-11.09%Si alloy powders was investigated by SEM TEM and X-ray diffraction.It was shown that the microstructure consists of α solid solution and fine eutectic structure.The eutectic structure decreases when the cooling tate of powder increases.The three types of eutecticSi me chrysanthemun,bar and granule.As the size of powders decreases,the cooling rate and content of Si in α solid solution will increase,and the lattice constant will decrease.When the size of powders is about 50μm,the cooling rate will reach above 10~5K/s,and the content of Si in α solid solution will reach 10.59%.
