交替注入流动注射吸光光度法连续测定地质样品中铁和钛
CONTINUOUS DETERMINATION OF IRON AND TITANIUM IN GEOLOGICAL SAMPLES BY ALTERNATING INJECTION-FT ASPECTROPHOTOMETRY
【摘要】 本文以钛铁试剂作显色剂,采用交替注入样品的方式,测钛时以抗坏血酸作预还原剂消除铁干扰,建立了连续测定全铁和钛的方法。铁和钛分别在0~800μg/25ml和0~200μg/25ml呈线性。该法应用于地质样品中铁和钛的分析,结果满意。
【Abstract】 In this paper, an alternate sampling flow injection spectrophotometric method for determining total iron and titanium in rocks has been developed. It is based on the reaction of Fe (Ti) with Tiron, ascorbic acid acts the pre-reducing agent to eliminate the interference from Fe when Ti is determined. The optimization of acidity, pump rate, reaction coil length, sample volume and concentration of Tiron were discussed. Beer’s law are obeyed for iron and titanium over the range 0~800μg/25ml and 0~200μg/25ml respectively. The interference from thirty foreign ions were tested. The method has been applied to geologic standard samples with satisfactory results.
