新显色剂4-(6-溴-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)焦棓酚-钼(Ⅵ)-CTMAB体系的吸光光度研究

【摘要】 本文合成了新有机试剂4-(6-溴-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)焦棓酚(6-Br-BTAPG),并研究它与钼(Ⅵ)形成配合物的性能。在pH 3.20时,在CTMAB存在下,新有机试剂6-Br-BTAPG与钼(Ⅵ)形成稳定的、2:1紫红色配合物,其λmax为585nm,ε585为5.76×104L·mol-1·cm-1。该方法已用于钢铁等样品中微量钼的测定取得了满意结果。

【Abstract】 A new organic chromogenic reagent, 4-(6-br(?)mo-2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrogallol, was synthesized by the coupling reaction of brominated and diazotized 2-aminobenzothiazole with pyrogallol, and it is purified by recrystallization from DMF solution. This new reagent, abbreviated as 6-Br-BTAPG, reacts with Mo (Ⅵ) in a slightly acidic medium of pH 3.20 in the presence of CTMAB, forming a stable violet red complex with molar ratio of 2 to 1. Its maximum absorption lies at 585nm and its molar absorptivity is 5.76×104 L·mol-1 ·cm-1. The optimum reaction condition was established and applied to the determination of molybdenum in low alloy steels.
