【摘要】 本文以4-甲基偶氮胂-TB为显色剂,研究了双波长吸光光度法对钙、镁的同时测定。试验发现,钙、镁与4-甲基偶氮胂-TB络合时,λ_max分别为613mn和580nm,相差33nm。以本文拟定的方法可消除钙、镁的相互干扰,用于水样中钙、镁的同时测定,无需分离和加掩蔽剂,方法简便、快速、结果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that calcium and magnesium can be determined simultaneously by the dual wavelength spectrophotometry with 4-MAsA-TB as chromogenic reagent. The absorption maximum of its complex with Ca and Mg lies at 613 nm and 580nm correspondingly. The above mentioned reaction has been applied to the analysis of water with satisfactory results. This method is simple and rapid, no masking reagent or separation is necessary in the analysis.更多还原
