表面活性剂存在下铋酸钠作氧化剂吸光光度法测定微量锰

【摘要】 本文研究了在表面活性剂CPC存在下,用铋酸钠作氧化剂,吸光光度法测定微量锰的分析方法及最佳条件。该法对Mn(?)+0.00~1.00μg·ml-1范围内呈良好线性关系。摩尔吸光系数为7.8×104。应用于茶叶、大米、咖啡中锰含量的测定,结果与原子吸收法一致。相对标准偏差<2.5%,回收率95~102%。

【Abstract】 In the presence of CPC The analytical method and the optimum experimental condition for the spectrophotometric determination of trace Mn with NaBiO3 oxident have been studied. Beer’s law is obeyed at least over the range of 0.00 to Mn 1.00μg·ml-1. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 7.8×104L·mol-1·cm-1. The method has been used for determination of trace Mn in tea, rice and coffee. Its results is in accord with those of atomic absorption spectrometry.The relative standard deviation of results is less than 2.5% and the recovery ratio is 95~102%.
