【Abstract】 The authors develope an appropriate secondary cooling pattern of continuous casting for 40 Cr steel by numerical simulation of bloom secondary cooling in Chnng Qin Special Steel Plant. It has proved that, by hot model test in Lab and commerical run, the spray water quantity has been reduced greatly compared with previous secondary cooling pattern, and the bloom quality has been improved significantly.更多还原
