贫锰矿在转炉冶炼中应用的试验研究

【摘要】 在15t弱搅拌的复吹转炉中进行了应用贫锰矿的造渣和回收锰的试验,取得省去萤石、节约石灰、成渣迅速、减少喷溅和显著增加钢液含锰量的效果。研究指出:当温度、(∑FeO)一定时,熔池内[Mn]与(MmO)平衡,且接近理论值,因而具有工艺可控性,可减少渣量,使锰矿在转炉内的应用取得更大效益。

【Abstract】 Trials are conducted on addition of poor manganese ore to Ar-bubbling 15-ton combined blown converter for slag formation and manganese recov- ery in the Plant, and desirable results have been obtained in saving fluo- rspar and Lime consumption, accelerating slag forming, cutting down spl- ashing and drastically increasing Mn content in the molten steel. Tests show that at a specific temperature and (∑FeO) the equillibrium between [Mn] and. (MnO) is close to the theoretical value and the process is controllable and slag amount markedly reduced consequently, thus having better metallurgical advantages in converter refining by adoption of this process.
