ZnY2-络合物的酸化结晶分离研究
The Separation of Acidifying Crystallization of Complex ZnY2-
【摘要】 ZnY2-络合物的酸化结晶分离,是利用酸效应,将 logKZnY由16.50降低到-2.58,ZnY2-中的 EDTA 就会自然析出.同时测定了反应速度 V 和反应自由能△G.EDTA 结晶经陈化后,回收率达90%,其中残留的 Zn 小于0.06%,可返回利用.母液中的锌可借助 Zn(OH)2沉淀浓缩,Zn(OH)2沉淀稀酸溶解后,可直接再生阳离子树脂,一直返复循环.
【Abstract】 The Separation of acidifying crystallization of complex ZnY2-is doneby making use of acid effect;when LogKZnYis reduced to -2.58 from16.50,the EDTA of complex ZnY2-will be separated out naturally,and the reaction velocitvy and free energy △G can be determined in themeantime.After aging,the recovery of EDTA is more than 90%,theremnant Zn in EDTA is below 0.06%,80 EDTA can be used again.Zinc(in form of Zn(OH)2)in the mother solution can give rise to positiveion column again when the solution of Zn(OH)2 has been concentrated,precipitated and dissolved,it can be used allalong in cycling.
