【摘要】 作者系统地研究了1990年前33例异基因与同基因骨髓移植后受者骨髓与外周血的细胞形态,若干发现与其他报告相同。例如,受者骨髓先出现幼稚造血细胞与造血岛,骨髓在30天左右完全恢复。作者还发现,不仅在受者抗移植物反应(排斥反应)时,而且在GVHD时亦可见到巨噬细胞吞噬有核细胞的现象。移植后可以只有形态类似淋巴细胞的小巨核细胞。外周血可出现成堆的小红细胞,其间以细丝相连接。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morphology of bone marrow and blood smears from 33 patients who re-ceived allogeneic or syngeneic bone marrow transplantation before 1990 were consecutivelystudied. Before the bone marrow was cntirely recovered round day 30, there appeared firsthemopioietic precoursor cells and islands of hemopoiesis. It was found. that phagocytosis ofnucleated cells by macrophages were seen not only during host-versus-graft reaction(rejec-tion),but also in GVHD, In some patients, all the megakaryocytes mimicked the lymphocytein size and morphology after transplantation. In 3 patients, clusters of very small ery-throcuytes connected with each other by threads were noted in the blood smear.更多还原
