【摘要】 本文报告了13例HLA/MLC配型不合的骨髓移植。所有病例至少有HLA一个位点不同,或MLC的相对反应值反复地明显地高于正常,或二者皆有。13例中有4例采用常规预防急性移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)方法,结果皆发生重度GVHD。有9例同时输注了配型不同的,胎龄4～5个月的胎肝与胸腺,其平均细胞数为9.3×10~4/kg。此9例中有8例无或仅有轻微急性GVHD(0～1度),有1例发生中度(Ⅱ度)急性GVHD。统计学方法说明所采用的新途径对预防GVHD有明显优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirteen cases of HLA/MIC mismatched bone marrow transplantaion are re-ported. At least one HLA locus mismatch, or relative response value were repeatedly andmarkedly higher than normal, or both, are observed in each case. 4 of them were treatedwith conventional method for the prophylaxis of GVHD, and all had suffered from severeGVHD. 9 cases received fetal liver/thymus cell (average cell number 9.3×10~8/kg)infu-sion at the same time with the marrow graft. 8 out of the 9 patients had none to minimalGVHD (grade 0～Ⅰ), with the remaining 1 case suffered once from moderate (grade Ⅱ)acute GVHD.
