【摘要】 报道130例成人病毒性心肌炎患者的临床特点和心电图改变及远期随访结果;随访时间为14～120个月(平均58.86±32.14月),8例失访,106例(80.9%)临床痊愈;22例(16.8%)留下后遗症,其中1例左室明显扩大类似扩张型心肌病;3例(2.3%)死亡。并对病毒性心肌炎患者的转归和判断预后的因素及其和扩张型心肌病的关系进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical features, ECG changes and a long-term follow-up study of 139 adult patients with viral myocarditis are reported. The follow-up period was 14～120 months (58.86±32.12 months). Among these cases, 8 cases lost contact with us; 106(80.9%) were clinically cured, 22(16.8%) remained with sequelae including one of them had a marked left ventricular dilation resembling the dilated cardiomyopathy; 3(2.35) patients died. The outcome of this disease, the factors influencing, the prognosis and the relationship between viral myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy were discussed.更多还原
