【摘要】 报告1名纯词聋病例,其临床特征为自发谈话及看图描述、命名和阅读均正常,书写轻度障碍,而听理解严重障碍。患者听力正常,可正确判断非词语声,能分辨是否家人说话,但不理解说话内容。认为纯词聋是由于Wernicke区与听觉输入分离引起,并讨论了纯词聋、听失认和皮质性聋的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of pure word deafness was reported. Naming, reading, spontaneous speech and description of a picture were normal. Writing was slightly deficient, but auditory comprehension impaired severely. The patient had normal hearing ability and was able to recognize sounds, such as nonverbal speech, relative’s speech etc. We think that it is caused by disconnection between Wernicke’s area and auditory fibers. We also discussed the differential diagnosis of pure word deafness, auditory agnosia and cortical deafness.更多还原
