脑血管病患者血中抗氧化系统的变化与意义

【摘要】 测量109例脑血管病患者的血液,发现超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的含量减少,分别与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量降低,与对照组比较异差不显著(P>0.05);血浆中LPO的含量增多,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);SOD减少与LPO增多二者呈负相关(r=-0.389,P<0.05);SOD/LPO比值显著低于对照组。上述的结果提示脑血管病患者血液中氧化与抗氧化之间的动态平衡失调。

【Abstract】 Blood of 109 eases with cerebrovascular diseases were investigated. The results indicated that the contents of blood SOD, GSH-PX were remarkably decreased, while those of plasma LPO were increased. Compared with healthy individuals there was significant difference m these figures (P<0.01). The content of blood SOD correlated negatively with plasma LPO (r=-0.389; P<0.05). Content of blood glutathione (GSH) was decreased, however, comparsed with the control group there was no significant distinction(P>0.05). The SOD/LPO rate was lower than control group. The authors considered that the balance between anti-oxidase and LPO was disturbed in patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
