【摘要】 本文用硫代巴比妥酸反应比色分析法检测了47例脑出血、42例脑梗塞、11例老年性痴呆和14例帕金森病患者的Ery-LPO含量,并以40例健康老年人作对照,结果分别为39.6085±9.2147、38.7614±8.9835、40.1242±7.8856、39.8769±9.3427、33.1506±3.3612nmol/gHb(s),各患者组的Ery—LPO含量均显著高于健康老年人之值(P<0.01),提示患者体内的脂质过氧化反应明显增强,Ery—LPO含量检测可作为这些疚病疗效评价的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 We measured Ery—LPO values of 47 cases with cerebral hemorrhage, 42 cerebral infarction, 11 senile dementia, 14 Parkinson’s disease and 40 healthy aged persons, using thiobarbituric acid speetrophotometry.
