【Abstract】 44 cases of primary extradural juxtasellartumor and tumor-like lesion were reviewed.Three characteristic features of CT weresummarized:(1)absence of peritumoredema;(2)often having bony pressure orerosion of skull base;(3)mostly having duralreflection with contrast enhancement.CTdiagnosis and differential diagnosis ofdifferent primary extradural juxtasellartumors and tumor-like lesions were alsodiscussed.更多还原
