【摘要】 本文分析了204例急性腕部损伤X线片多部位的软组织影像.观察及测量多部位软组织脂肪线,对其正常及异常表现加以比较,井统计了不同部位骨折包括隐蔽骨折中软组织肿胀的发生率,对重点数据做了统计学处理。文内还讨论了软组织肿胀的价值和重要性,并得出结论:在骨折、特别是隐蔽骨折的早期诊断中,仔细分析、观察多部位软组织影像是保证有效诊断率必不可少的重要手段.更多还原

【Abstract】 The wrist radiographs of 204 cases presention with acute wrist trauma were analysed inorder to assess the value of various groups soft tissus signs.According to the statistical method,emphasis counter were dealt with.Their resultsby m(?)urement and observation with divers locations of fatty lines in soft tissues as well asdate table were obtained.In addition,the normal and abnormal cases were compared.In thefracture of various location,including occultfracture,the incidence and diagnostic value andimportanc(?) of soft tissues swelling were discussed.So conclusion can be drawn from whatstate above:In order to improve the diagnosticaccuracy,it is important that soft tissues signs in(?)ertain wrist fractures,especially occult fractureare analysed and observed carefully.更多还原
