【摘要】 对15例证实的不同肾脏病变进行了常规的与药物性肾动脉造影,3例少血管性肾癌和1例肾盂癌于药物性血管造影时显示出肿瘤供血动脉增粗,肿瘤血管和肿瘤染色;而常规肾动脉造影显示不明确或未显示;其他非肿瘤性病变未见肿瘤血管;故认为药物性肾动脉造影对少血管性肾癌的诊断和鉴别诊断是一个重要的检查手段,并对造影原理和技术问题进行了讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 15 confirmed cases with variousrenal pathological lesions receivedboth conventional and pharmaceuticrenal arteriographic examinations.3 cases with hypovascular renal car-cinoma and one kidney pelvis carci-noma showed enlarged tumor feedingarteries,tumor vessels and tumor stainwith pharmacoangiography.But thesefindings were indeterminated or werenot demonstrated with conventionalrenal arteriography;other non tumorallesions were not show tumor vessels;so,pharmacoangiography was an impo-rtant examinatorical means for diag-nosis and differential diagnosis ofthe hypovascular renal carcinoma.The mechanism and technical factorsof the renal pharmacoangiographywere discussed.更多还原
