牙轮钻机微机控制系统

【摘要】 牙轮钻机钻凿的岩层是随机分布、错综复杂的,因而钻进过程难以定义。针对这种情况本文提出牙轮钻进岩石可钻性指数,可用来连续检测牙轮钻进过程中的岩性变化,并由此而建立牙轮钻进过程的控制模型。这一控制模型可对钻具的轴压和转速进行优化匹配。微机控制系统可使钻机随着被钻岩石变化始终处于良好的钻进状态,它还具有钻进参数超限处理、钻进过程程序控制钻进深度的盘测、岩性记录和指导调平等功能。

【Abstract】 The rock stratum drilled by a rotary drill is random distributed and complicated, so it is difficult to define the drilling process. According to this circumstance, the drillability indexes of rock for rotary drill given out in this paper are used for continuous detection of varying rock character throughout the drilling process; on the basis of this, a control model for the rotary drilling process is established. The optimal matching of shaft pressure and rotation speed can be obtained by this model. The microcomputed control system makes the drill suit to the variation of drilled rock and keep a good drilling state. In addition, this system serves the following functions, overprocessing of drilling parameters, program control of drilling process, monitoring of drilling depth and speed, recording of rock character and guiding of alignment etc..
