深海采矿研究的技术政策探讨

【摘要】 本文分析了国外深海采矿试验研究的发展经历与技术路线。结合我国国情,对即将开展的深海采矿试验研究的技术政策提出几点看法。认为应将技术最成熟、最有商业应用前途的水力采矿系统作为试验研究的主要对象;当前在重点开展基础研究的同时,应着手进行小比例模型采矿设备的研制;为了迅速开展模型采矿设备的研制,首要任务是加强基础试验研究设施和实验室的建设。

【Abstract】 The authors analyze the developmental process and technological route of deepsea mining experiment in the world . Incombination with China’s situation, some opinions on the technological strategy on which deepsea mining experiment will be conducted are given . It is considered that the hydraulic mining system which possesses the most perfect technology and the most prospective commercial application should be taken as the main subject of study.At the same time when doing the work of basic study emphatically, small-scale model mining equipment should also be developed . In order to quickly develop the model mining equipment, the important task is to perfect the facilities for basic study and expand the laboratory construction.
