锥形渐扩管内紊流场数值预测中的计算机应用
USING COMPUTER FOR NUMERICAL PREDICTON OF INTERNAL TURBULENT FLOW FIELD IN CONICAL DIFFUSER
【摘要】 在锥形渐扩管内紊流场的数值预测中,对其近壁低雷诺数紊流模型的BFC数值解法进行了计算机仿真模型和应用软件的开发,并以给定扩散角、扩散度和雷诺数的风机扩散器内紊流场为实例,用计算机仿真模型作了数值预测并进行了实验验证。最后,对这一研究成果的应用前景和预期效益作了分析与评价。
【Abstract】 For numerical prediction of internal turbulent flow field in conical diffuser, a computerized simulation models is performed and application software developed for the BFC numerical solution to turbulence model for near-wall and low-Reynolds-Number flows.Taken as example the internal turbulent flow field in fan conical diffuser with given expansion angle, area ratio and Reynolds number,the numerical prediction was performed with computerized simulation models and verified experimentally.Finally, the application prospects and profit expectations are previewed.
