JW—150型高气压潜孔冲击器的研究
A STUDY ON JW-150 HIGH PRESSURE DOWN-THE-HOLE DRILL HAMMER
【摘要】 在研制J系列低气压潜孔冲击器和钻头取得成功经验的基础上,参考国外高气压冲击器结构的某些优点,采取在冲击器内部气水分离和附加气室容积等独特结构,并通过电算模拟优化工作参数,改进机加工和热处理工艺,设计出JW—150型高气压潜孔冲击器。其主要性能指标和穿孔速度,达到了国外同类产品的先进水平,并已在国内外许多矿山、工地推广应用,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
【Abstract】 Based on experiences gained in successful development of J-series down-the-hole impactors and bits, and with reference to some strutural features of foreign high pressure impactors, a new JW-150 high pressure down-the-hole impactor was designed with water separated and air chamber inside. In designing, computer simulation, optimization of working parameters, modification of processing and heat-treatment technology are highlighted. Therefore, its main performances indices and penetration rate have reache dthe advanced level of foreign products. Presently, JW-150 high pressure down-the-hole impactors are widely used in many mines and engineering sites in home and abroad, yielding remarkable economic benefits and social efficiency.
