【摘要】 舌癌联合根治术后的半舌以上的缺损,应即刻予以修复。临床上应用的方法很多,但均较复杂.作者利用蒂在下的鼻唇沟皮瓣修复8例,除1例瓣尖有约20％的坏死外均100％成活,取得满意的舌外形和功能效果.本文介绍了作者的手术方法和8个病例的资料,从本组病例的结果证实,即使施行了双侧联合根治术,双侧颌外动脉与面前静脉均被结扎切除,采用皮下蒂隧道瓣的情况下,鼻唇沟皮瓣也能完全成活.说明鼻唇皮瓣再造舌是一种简易、实用可靠、有效的方法。这种方法在文献中尚无报告。更多还原

【Abstract】 In■gen thaan half tongue defect following a combine radical resection of oral cancer should be repaired immediatly. There are a lot of plastic methods for these defect, but much of them are, very complicated. The authors have planned and used the nasolabial flap based inferiorly for it to 8 cases. All of these flap survived well except one with 20% flap lossed, and the repaired tongues possessed satisfactory contour and function. The operative procedures are described and the results of 8 cases■are■reported in this paper.The conclusion are even though both bilateral external maxillary arterial and anterior facial vein are ligated following bilateral combine radical resection and subcutaneous pedical are performed that the reconstructive surgery can be completed in one stage, the nasolabial flap may survive well. It is demonstrated that this procedure is a simple, practical, reliable and effective method for tongue reconstruction.更多还原
