【摘要】 本文观察阿魏酸钠对常压缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血小板5分钟最大聚集率（5′MAR）、血浆 TXB₂及6-Keto-PGF₁₂,右心室重量[R/BW,R/（L+S）]的影响。结果表明:常压缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠右心室重量增加,血小板聚集率增强,血浆 TXB₂和6-Keto-PGF₁₂含量升高,均较对照组有显著差异。给阿魏酸钠,每天200mg/kg 共两周。治疗组大鼠血小板聚集率、血浆 TXB₂、6-Keto-PGF₁₂均下降,分别为缺氧组的20.9%,33.4%及42.5%（P<0.01）。右心室重量仍较对照组增加,与缺氧性肺动脉高压组无差别。以上结果揭示阿魏酸钠可抑制常压缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血小板活性,降低其血浆 TXB₂及6-keto-PGF₁₂含量,但在所用剂量下不能防止缺氧所致右心室肥厚。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of sodium ferulata （SF） on platelet aggregation,plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF₁₂ content and the right ventricle weight （R/BW,R/L+S） were estimated in isobaric hypoxic pulmonary hypertension rats.The results showed that the platelet aggregation,plasma TXB₂ and 6-keto-PGF₁₂ content,and the right ventricle weight were increased significantly in the isobaric hypoxic pulmonary hypertension rats.In the treat- ed group with SF 200mg/kg daily for two weeks,the platelet aggregation decreased to 30.3% of the control and 20.9% of the hypoxic （both p<0.01）.The plasma TXB₂ content decreased to 61.6% of the control （p<0.05） and 33.4% of the hypoxic （p<0.01）.The plasma 6-keto-PGF₁₂ decreased to 86.1% of the control （p<0.05） and 42.5% of the hypoxi （p<0.01）.The right ventricle weight was higher than the control,but there was no significant difference between the hypoxic and SF prevented rats.Our results suggested that SF inhibited platelet activity and reduced plasma TXB₂ and 6-keto-PGF₁₂ content in isobaric pulmonary hypertension rats,but could not prevent the right ventricle hypertrophy with such dosage.更多还原
