【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method for Moire imterferometry by using laser as the light source and by making use of the phenomenon of diffraction of the light caused by gratings. The principle of this method is clear, its optical arrangement is simple and it is a noncontact method Because it is Moire interfermetry, so its sensitivity could be very high. Another important feature of this method is that it can be used for the measurement of high temperature strains even at serious oxidation.更多还原
