【摘要】 给失血50％的大鼠灌服乌灵参及FeSO₄（加VitC）10d,每隔1d检查血象1次,共12次.结果表明,给药期间RBC和Hb数量的增长率,乌灵参组明显地高于对照组,但与FeSO₄组之间无显著差异.乌灵参还明显地缩短RBC和Hb恢复至放血前90％的水平所需要的时间.更多还原

【Abstract】 Rat which had lost 50% blood-volume was treated with Xylaria nigripes （high and low dose） andFeSO₄（added Vitamin C）for ten days. The blood examination has been obtained every other day for 12 times.The results showed that the increasing rate of RBC and Hb of Xylaria nigripes was much higher than controlgroup,but there were no marked difference between Xylaria nigripes and FeSO₄ group. The duration neededfor recovering of RBC and Hb to 90% before bloodletting was much shortened by using Xylaria nigripes.更多还原
