昆虫病原线虫Steinernema carpocapsae Agriotos品系在苹果园中喷雾均匀度、存活期及感染力的调查

【摘要】 调查结果表明,用常用的喷雾方法在苹果园喷施昆虫病原线虫 S.carpocapsae Agrio-tos 品系防治桃小食心虫,喷雾不够均匀,在一定程度上影响了线虫的寄生率。线虫在苹果园的土壤中存活期达一个月以上,并具有一定的感染力。线虫施到土中后,用大蜡螟诱测到的线虫数量及感染力随时间的增加部呈负指数下降,变化曲线分别为 Y=exp(1.72-0.19X),r=-0.989和 Y=exp(3.45-0.13X),r=0.989。

【Abstract】 In China,the use of entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae Agrio-tos for controlling fruit moth(Carposina niponensis)has provided a more effectivemethod than using chemicals.For increasing nematode efficacy,the spray pattern.persistence and infectivity of the nematode were studied in apple orchard.It wasshown that the nematodes were not delivered evenly in apple orchard.by spraying me-thod used presently.It is necessary to improve the nematode delivered method in fieldtrials.The nematodes could survive and keep its infectivity for a month in appleorchard but its number and infectivity measured by Galleria melleria bait methodwere declined immediately post-application in apple orchard.The curves were Y=exp(1.72-0.19X),r=-0.989** and Y=exp(3.45-0.13X),r=-0.989** respectively.
