【摘要】 本文对小型纸厂的碱法草浆蒸煮废液,利用厌氧-酸析技术进行了处理研究。试验结果表明:当厌氧进水COD 4000～10000 mg/L,厌氧负荷2.5～4.0kgCOD/（m³·d）,HRT48～72小时及酸析pH3.0～3.5条件下,COD去除率≥77%,BOD去除率>80%,脱色率>90%。去除每公斤COD平均产沼气0.326 m³,其中CH₄含量68.8%,污泥产率为0.20～0.26 kgVSS/kgCOD去除。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article describes the treatment of alkaline straw pulp digestion waste discharged by small—sized paper mills by anaerobic—acid separation process.the experimental results show that,when influent COD is 4,000～10,000mg/L,anaerobic loading 2.5～4.0kg COD/（m³·d）,HRT 48～72 hours and acid separation pH 3.0～3.5,the removal rate of COD is≥77%,BOD>80%,decoloration>90%,the mean biogas production 0.326m³/kgCOD with a 68.8% CH₄ content,and the sludge yield is 0.20～0.26kgVSS/kgCOD.更多还原
