【摘要】 在小平同志1992年初南巡重要讲话精神鼓舞下,1992年3月在成都召开了四川省第二届继续医学教育研讨会。会议总结要点:(1)转变观念,进一步提高对继续医学教育战略地位的认识;(2)建立、健全与完善我省继续医学教育管理体制;(3)分别处理好继续医学教育与在职人员培养,农村人才培养,点与面各层次人才培养的关系;(4)加快,强化青年临床住院医师规范化培训;(5)多源化继续医学教育集资;(6)与人事、职改部门尽快完善继续医学教育法规等配套措施;(7)举办考核、登记等专题研究,有领导、有步骤、积极有效推进工作,加强信息交流。争取1993年3月召开第三届研讨会。更多还原

【Abstract】 In March of 1992, the Second Sichuan Provincial Symposium on CME was held in Chengdu. 73 participants from regions, cities and county puhlie health bureaus, research and education sections, academic associations, high medical schools and universities were present. At the symposium, workshops on special topics and exchange of expcriences were made. The following points of view were reached: (1) to transform the sense about the strategic importance in CME; (2) to establish and improve the management system of the provincial CME; (3) to maintain a correct relationship between CME and on-work training; (4) to train young clinical resident doctors; (5) to raise funds for CME through, various ways; (6) to establish and perfect the CME laws and regulations and a series of measures correspondingly; (7) to push the CME work forward and; (8) the third symposium to be held in March of 1993.更多还原
