【摘要】 将30只小鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,分别用香菇多糖60 mg/kg、30 mg/kg 和生理盐水口服,每日一次。连续8 d 给药后1h 实验发现香菇多糖60 mg/kg 口服给药能显著提高小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力,而30 mg/kg 及60 mg/kg 口服给药均能明显提高小鼠对电信号剌激的反应能力,有助于增强学习记忆力。提示,香菇多糖具有明显的抗衰老,增强体质,促进智能发育的效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty mice were divided into 3 groups at random,with each group contaning 10 mice.Oral ad- ministration of Lentinan,extract from Lentinus edodes(Berk)Sing,60 mg/kgand 30 mg/kg was giv- en separately to 2 groups for 8 days,the third group was given normal saline for control.Our study demonstrated that Lentinan of 60 mg/kg orally could increase the capability of fatigue endurance and antianoxia in mice,and that of 30 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg could significantly increase the reactivity of electric signal stimulate.It is suggested that Lentinan may improve the effect of learning and memory.
