【摘要】 动态观察17例烧伤面积达60%以上患者血清中血管紧张素 I 转换酶(ACE)活性的变化、并与30例正常人对照。结果:入院初期、治疗好转期、康复期的 ACE 活性分别为194.8±110.8U、275.6±146.8U、317.5±160.7U,与对照组比较,P 值分为别为<0.01、<0.01、>0.05;表明:随着病情的恢复,ACE 活性呈现回升趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dynamic changes of serum angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme (ACE)activity in seventeen burned patients with over 60% body surface involved were investigated and compared with those of the normal group (30 subjects).The results showed that serum ACE activity of early stage (with in 48 h after burn),at the beginning of healing and convalescence were 194.8±110.8U (P<0.01),275.6 ±146.8 U(P<0.01) and 317.5±160.7 U(P<0.01 ) respectively.The results indicated that ACE activety tends to increase with the recovery of the disease.更多还原
