【摘要】 报告胎儿胸腺移植治疗晚期肝癌13例,采用16～32周引产的死胎胸腺,制成0.5cm×0.5cm×0.2cm 的碎片,移植到晚期肝癌患者腹腔的大网膜内进行治疗。结果:全部病例临床症状均有好转。9例出院时腹水消失,4例 B 超示肿块缩小,8例肝功能及酶学检查有改善。检测淋巴细胞转换试验增高及 IgG、IgA、IgM 显著增高,显示免疫力增强。全组平均生存期10.4个月。并对其治疗中的有关问题进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirtee cases of late-stage hepatic carcinoma treated by transplantation of fetal thymus are report- ed.The donor fetuses aged from 16 to 32 weeks.The thymus grafts were cut into 0.5×0.5×0.2 cm blocks,and trasplated into the patients’ omentum.Results:the clinical symptoms of all the cases im- proved.Ascitic fluid disappeared in 9 of the 13 patients when they were discharged from the hospital. B-US and CT examination In 4 of them the tumor mass reduced obviously.In 8 of them the liver func- tions and enzymologic tests improved and lymphocyte transmation rate and IgG IgA IgM level in- creased evidently,indicating increased immunity.The average duration of survival was 10.4 months.
