【摘要】 应用抗人 T 细胞亚群单克隆抗体（McAb）研究36例高促性腺激素性闭经患者和21例正常月经周期妇女 CD₂₀、CD₃、CD₄和 CD₈的变化。发现观察组 CD₂₀、CD₃₂、CD₈均值与对照组比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）,但 CD₄均值显著低于对照组（P<0.01）。其中17例患者 CD₄/CD₈比值倒置与对照组比较有显著差异（P<0.01）。用避孕药Ⅰ号治疗24例患者,治疗前、后 CD₂₀、CD₃、CD₄和CD₈均值无显著差异（P>0.05）,为本病性激素治疗的安全性提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The total B lymphocyte(CD₂₀),total T lymphocyte （CD₃） and its subsets （CD₄,CD₈） were mea- sured by McAb in thirty six patients with hypergonadotropic amenorrhea and 21 normal menstrual women as control.The results showed that the means of CD₂₀,CD₃,CD₄,CD₈ were lower in 36 patients than in 21 normal women,but there was no statistically significant difference between the patients and controls （P<0.05）.The means of CD₄ were significantly lower in 36 patients than in 21 controls （P <0.01）.The CD₄/CD₈ ratio was inverse in 17 patients and significantely different from normal wom- en （P<0.01）,24 patients were treated by contraceptive pill Ⅰ and didn’t show any difference in the means of CD₂₀,CD₃,CD₄,CD₈ （P>0.05） before and after treatment.The above evidences provided safety administration of tiny dose ovarian steroid hormones in the treatment of hypergonadotropic a- menorrhea.更多还原
