【摘要】 报告胰寄生虫病7例,其中胰钩虫病、胰蛔虫病各2例,临床均误诊为胰腺肿瘤;胰日本血吸虫病2例、胰华枝睾吸虫病1例,临床均漏诊。病理变化除胰华枝睾吸虫为胰管上皮增生外,其余6例胰寄生虫病均以形成虫卵性肉芽肿为特征。对不同虫卵的肉芽肿进行了分析比较,并对胰脏各种虫卵的来源进行了初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reports two cases of pancreatic ancylostomiasis,2 cases of pancreatic ascariasis and 2 cases of pancreatic schistosomiasis japonica on biopsy,and 1 case of pancreatic clonorchiasis sinensis on autopsy.The fomer 4 cases were misdiagnosed and the latter 3 were of missed diagnosis.Pathological- ly,epithelial cells of the pancreatic duct showed proliferation in clonorchiasis sinensis.Pathologic changes of the other 6 cases were chiefly characterized by formation of granulonia and fibrosis.In this paper,the clinical manifestations,the granuloma of different eggs and the source of eggs are discussed briefly.更多还原
