用相转移催化法合成羧甲基淀粉的研究
STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF THE CARBOXYMETHYL STARCH BY PHASE TRANSFER CATALYSIS
【摘要】 采用半干法,加入不同相转移催化剂,使氯乙酸的醇溶液与淀粉钠进行羧甲基化反应,合成了高粘度低取代度(DS)的羧甲基淀粉(CMS)。筛选了合理的原料配比及反应条件,并考察了用不同种类、不同粘度、不同体积的洗涤溶剂脱盐对产品粘度的影响。获得了粘度为0.2~1.7Pa·s,DS高于相应常规法的产品,收率80%~70%。
【Abstract】 By using semi-dry process and various phase transfer catalysts, the carboxymethylation between soduim starch and the solution of chloracetic acid in alcohols was carried out and the caboxmethyl starch (CMS) with high viscosity and low degree of substitution was synthesized. The appropriate ratio of reactants and reaction conditions and the effects of different kind, different concentration and different volume of solvent for desalting to the viscosity of products have been studied. The viscosity of the product is 0.2~1.7 Pa·s, the yield is 80%~92% and the degree of substitution of the product is higher than by general methods without phase transfer catalysts.
