液体石蜡对聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液的消泡性能和稳定性的影响

【摘要】 用液体石蜡代替部分聚二甲基硅氧烷,通过选择液体石蜡-聚二甲基硅氧烷混合物的HLB值和配比提高乳液的稳定性和消泡能力。表面疏水的二氧化硅能进一步提高乳液的稳定性和消泡能力。

【Abstract】 The defoamability and stability of poly-dimethyl-siloxane emulsion were promoted by displacing a portion of siloxane with liquid paraffin. The result was achieved through selecting best HLB value and the ratio of liquid paraffin - poly-dimethylsiloxane. In addition, the hydrophobic silica can sharply increase the properties mentioned. The best HLB value of the emulsion and the ratio of silica - polydimethyl siloxane - liquid paraffin were 9. 5 and 4 : 19 : 77 respectively.
