钛钙型立向下电焊条的研制

【摘要】 本文分析了钛钙型立向下电焊条的主要冶金特点。通过正交设计及实验工作,以及对焊条的工艺性能进行全面评定和对焊条熔敷金属机械性能的测定,确定了钛钙型立向下电焊条的最佳配方。本文还将日本的“ZERODE—6V”(低氢型)、瑞典ESAB公司产的“OK”牌下行焊条,湘潭大学的J422下行焊条与我们研制的钛钙型立向下电焊条的药皮熔化温度区间进行了测定比较。

【Abstract】 This article analyses in detail the essentical metallurgical characteristics of vertical-down electrodes of Titanium-Calcium type. The optimum composition of its coating is determined by means of orthogonal design and tests. The technological performance of this electrode is evaluated and the mechanical performance of molten metal welded with this electrode is measures. The molten temperature region of its coating is compared with those of other electrodes,such as "ZERODE—6V" (low hydrogen type) made in Japan,"OK"(Titanium type) made in ESAB Corp. Sweden and J422 vertical-down electrodes(Titanium-Calcium type) developed by Xiangtan university.
