【摘要】 本文报导了IBM-PC/XT微型计算机与CS-930薄层扫描色谱仪联结,组成计算机辅助实验系统(μCAE)。实现实时采集光谱、色谱数据;利用平行投影变换、剪裁技术、水平线上下浮动等消隐处理方法,绘制全波段范围内光谱—色谱立体图;用等吸收度点位判断、走向估计、插值、曲面拟合等算法绘制吸收度等高图,从而形成完整硬、软件系统绘制薄层扫描三维图谱。为定性、定量分析提供了可靠信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 UCAE has been composed of combining IBM-PC/XT computer with CS-930 type TLCS. The online collection of spectrum-chromatogram data is realized in i(?).The 3 Dim spectrum-chromatogram in whole range of wave band has been drawn by using hiding method such as parallel projection transfer, tailor technics and flcating under level. The absorbance contour graph has been drawn by using calculate method such as absorbance point judgement, drection fiend estimation, interpolation fitting of ourve plane. Thereby an integrated system of hardware and software which draw a picture of TLCS s formed, it could be possible to provide reliable guality and quantity analyses information.更多还原
