实际转炉吹炼的冰铜熔体中S和Fe活度的测定
DETERMINATION OF ACTIVITIES OF S AND Fe IN MELTS OF MATTE CONVERTING PROCESS BY EMF METHOD
【摘要】 用EMF方法测定了实际转炉吹炼过程的冰铜、白冰铜和粗铜试样中S和Fe的活度。S活度的测定采用β-Al2O3固体电解质和含有Na2S的熔渣构成电池 W,WS2,(Na+,S2-)|β-Al2O3|(Na+,S2-),[Cu-Fe-S],W Fe活度的测定采用Zr02(CaO)固体电解质和含有FeO的熔渣构成电池 Fe,(Fe2+,O2-)|ZrO2(CaO)|(Fe2+,O2-),[Cu-Fe-S],W 实验结果显示了实际冰铜熔体在转炉吹炼过程中S和Fe活度变化情况的一般特征。
【Abstract】 Activities of S and Fe in melts of matte, white metal and blister Cu were determined by the cells, respectively, as: W, WS2, (Na+, S2-) |β-3-Al2O3| (Na+, S2-), [Cu-Fe-S],W and Fe, (Fe2+, O2-) |ZrO2(CaO)| (Fe2+, O2-), [Cu-Fe-S],W The activities of S and Fe were measured to decrease gradually from 0.22 to 6.0×10-5 and from 0.51 to 0.010, respectively, at 1473 K during matte converting process.
