高炉型熔渣中TiO2的活度
ACTIVITY OF TiO2 IN MOLTEN BLAST FURNACE SLAG CONTAINING TITANIUM OXIDE
【摘要】 在1500℃下用金属Sn作熔剂,石墨作还原剂,采用“熔渣—金属Sn”化学平衡法和相图计算法,得到了高炉型熔渣中TiO2的活度,并讨论了渣中TiO2的活度和活度系数随其浓度变化的规律。
【Abstract】 Activity of TiO2 in the molten blast furnaee slag containing titanium oxide has been examined at 1500℃ by means of "molten slag-Sn" chemical equilibrium method, using metallic Sn as flux and graphite as deoxidizer, together with phase diagram calculation. In the pentary slag sys-tem CaO--MgO--SiO2--TiO2--Al2O3, aTiO2=0.01--0.05 or 0.02--0.10 with pure liquid or solid TiO2 as normal state, respectively. The activity and activity coefficient of TiO2 in relation to concen-tration of titanium oxide have been discussed.
