TND-1无污染低温盐浴钒、氮、硫共渗工艺研究
Study on TND-1——A Non-polluting Vanadonitrosulphurizing Process at Low Temperature in Salt Bath
【摘要】 对TND-1无污染低温盐浴钒氮硫共渗(以下称特种耐磨软氮化工艺)进行了较系统的研究。SEM和X射线分析证实了共渗层中钒、氮、硫和碳的存在,并查明其存在形态。由于钒的渗入,用TND-1工艺处理的45钢和W18Cr4V钢表层硬度较硫氮碳共渗层的有显著提高。磨损试验表明,TND-1处理层比硫氮碳共渗层具有更强的耐磨和抗磨料磨损能力。
【Abstract】 TND-1——a special non-polluting vanadonitrosulphurizing process at low temperature in salt bath(a special wear resistance nitriding process)has been studied. It was confirmed that the codiffusional layer existed vanadium,nitrogen,sulphur and carbon and their types by using SEM and X-ray. Because of the existance of vanadium the surface hardness of 0.45% carbon steel and steel W18Cr4V treated by TND-1 are outstanding higher than that of Sur-Sulf treated. The results of wear tests indicated that the wear resistance and abrasive allowance of steels TND-1 treated are superior to that of the codiffusional layers Sur-Sulf treated.
