残留奥氏体对多冲疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展的影响
Effect of Retained Austenite on Impact Fatigue Crack Initiation and Propagation
【摘要】 通过对淬火回火高强钢30CrMnSiNi2A进行循环冷处理,得到了不同含量的薄层状残留奥氏体。研究了薄层状残留奥氏体与多冲疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展的关系。结果表明,马氏体板条间的薄层状残留奥氏体是多冲疲劳裂纹萌生部位,并促进裂纹扩展。
【Abstract】 The difference percent of thin-layer retained austenite have been obtained by cycle cold treatment with 30CrMnSiNi2A steel after quenching and tempering, the relationship between retained austenite and impact fatigue crack has been investigated. The results showed that thin-layer retained austenite in martensite laths are the places of crack initiation and path of crack propagation.
