35CrMo钢钎尾热处理工艺的研究

【摘要】 研究了35CrMo钢渗碳及等温淬火后的组织和性能。结果表明,控制渗碳层中碳浓度的合理分布及等温淬火工艺参数,可以保证渗碳件有足够的耐磨性和较高的综合力学性能。提出了用35CrMo钢制造凿岩机钎尾的最佳热处理工艺规范。工业生产试验的结果表明,用该钢制造的钎尾能够满足使用要求,其寿命达到或略超过了进口钎尾的寿命水平。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the microstructure and properties of 35CrMo steel after carburizing and austempering are investigated. The optimum heat treatment regime of the steel is determined,which can ensure carburized piece to get sufficient wear resistance and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. Therefore,it is suggested that 35CrMo steel be used to make the tails of heavy drill machines. The tests on a commercial scale have proved that the drilling tails made of 35CrMo steel can meet the technical requirements under wear and repeated impact load, and its service life is longer than that of the imported drilling tails.
