热处理温度对奥氏体不锈钢碳化物形态、强度及腐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了热处理温度对奥氏体不锈钢的碳化物形态与分布及强度与抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果指出,M23C6弥散分布于晶内或晶界,Nb(CN)以夹杂物形态在晶界呈块状析出。M23C6随加热温度的提高而减少,而Nb(CN)的数量在870~1230℃范围内无明显变化。弥散分布的M23C6可提高钢的屈服强度,而Nb(CN)对钢的强度没有明显影响。但晶界M23C6与Nb(CN)都能导致钢的晶间腐蚀。

【Abstract】 The effect of heat treating temperature on morphology and distribution of carbides, strength and corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel has been investigated. The results show that the M23C6 particles are distributed dispersively at the grain boundary or the inside grain. Nb (CN) particles are precipetated at the grain boundary as massive inclusions. M23C6 particles decrease as the heat treating temperature increasing, but Nb (CN) is not changed at temperature range of 870~1230℃. M23C6 precipetates increase yield stress of steels, but the effect of Nb (CN) on yield stress has not been observed. Both M23C6 and Nb (CN) at grain boundaries would lead to intergranular corrosion of steels.
