4Cr3Mo2NiVNb钢离子轰击化学热处理的研究
Study on the Ion-bombard Thermochemical Treating for 4Cr3Mo2NiVNb Steel
【摘要】 通过金相、硬度、X线衍射、电子探针、耐磨性、抗咬合、抗回火稳定性等试验,研究了4Cr3Mo2NiVNb钢(简称HD钢)的离子轰击化学热处理。结果表明,HD钢具有良好的离子化学热处理工艺性,离子渗N、离子N-C及离子S-N-C共渗都能大幅度地提高表面硬度、耐磨性、抗咬合性和抗回火稳定性,可望能显著提高HD钢模具的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the ion-bombard thermochemical treating for 4Cr3Mo2NiVNb steel (HD) by means of the metallograph,hardness,X-ray diffraction, EPMA, wear, seizing and anti-tempering. The results show that HD steel has better technological property of thermochemical treating. The surface hardness, wear resistance, antiseizing and anti-tempering of HD steel can he significantly increased treated by ionitriding or ion nitrocarburizing or ion sulfonitrocarburizing. Thus the service life of HD steel die could be raised notably.
