斜轧低铬合金钢磨球的形变热处理
Thermomechanical Treating for Helical Rolled Grinding-Balls of Low Chrominum Alloy Steel
【摘要】 本文研究了斜轧低铬合金钢磨球的形变热处理;提出了适用于现场生产的1100℃斜轧+喷水冷却+250~300℃自回火工艺。按此工艺处理后的钢球获得硬度为62~64HRC,组织为回火针状马氏体+残留奥氏体,其冲击功A≥9J/cm~2。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the thermomechanical treating for helical rolled high carbon low-chrominum steel balls. The technique which suitable for shop production is provided as follows:helical rolling at 1100℃ then cooling with water-spraying and self-tempering in the range of 250~300℃. The balls treated by this process possess the hardness 62~64 HRC,the structure of tempered needle martensite and retained austenite and the impact work A≥9J/cm~2.
